1. Services

LiteCloud provides hosting, servers, domains, email, licenses and IT services as described on our website and in your order confirmation.

2. Orders and billing

Orders are placed through our contact and order form. Services start once your invoice is paid. Prices are in USD and may exclude taxes. Services renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Money-back guarantee

Web Hosting includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domains, licenses, SSL certificates, dedicated servers and setup fees are not refundable once delivered.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal content, spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, attacks on other networks or anything that harms our infrastructure or other customers. We may suspend services that break these rules.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your content, account security and keeping your own copies of important data, even when backups are included.

6. Uptime and support

We aim for 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control. Support is available 24/7 through our contact channels.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the previous three months.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before renewal. We may end services for non-payment or serious breach of these terms.
